Terms of sale and use

1. What you're buying

A licence to use Call Manager, a Perfex CRM module and Android app, on the terms in our licence. The Done-for-you setup plan also includes the installation and onboarding services described on the pricing page.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars or Indian rupees, and are one-time unless stated otherwise. Taxes are added where the law requires. Launch prices are available for a limited period. A later price change doesn't affect what you've already bought.

3. Delivery

After payment we email you a download link for the module, the Android app and the documentation, normally within one business day. For setup plans, we arrange a time with you to install.

4. Support

Support is by email during Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST, for 12 months from purchase, and covers installing, configuring and fixing defects in the software.

5. Refunds

6. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about and buy our products. Don't attempt to disrupt it, and don't copy its content for commercial use without permission. Screenshots show a demo installation with invented names.

7. Trademarks

Perfex CRM is a product of its respective owner, and Call Manager is an independent add-on, not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Other names belong to their owners.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
