Licence terms
The plain-language summary is first, and the terms follow. These terms are between you and Wiki AI ("we").
In short: buy once, and use Call Manager on the number of Perfex CRM installations your plan covers, with as many users and phones as you like. You can change it for your own use. You can't resell or redistribute it.
1. What you may do
- Single CRM and Done-for-you setup: install the module on one production Perfex CRM installation, plus one non-public staging or development copy.
- Agency: install it on up to 10 Perfex CRM installations that you operate for yourself or your clients, and distribute the Android app to those clients' staff under your own app name, icon and signing key.
- Connect unlimited staff, phones and calls to each licensed installation.
- Modify the software for use within your licensed installations.
2. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, share or give away the module, the Android app or its source code, whether modified or not, or offer them as a product of your own.
- Publish the software, or any part of its source code, on a marketplace, repository or website.
- Install it on more Perfex CRM installations than your plan allows without buying further licences.
- Remove the copyright notices in the source code.
3. Updates and support
Your plan includes updates and support for 12 months from purchase. After that the version you have keeps working without limit, and renewing updates and support is optional. Support covers installation, configuration and defects in the software. It doesn't cover changes you've made to the code, your hosting, or other modules.
4. Things you need separately
Call Manager is an add-on for Perfex CRM, which you must licence separately from its makers. AI call summaries use an API key from OpenAI, Groq or Google, billed to you by that provider. WhatsApp follow-ups open WhatsApp, which is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
5. Your data and your obligations
Call Manager runs on your servers, and we don't receive your call data. You're responsible for how you collect and use call data and recordings, including telling staff and, where the law requires, the other party on a call. The app's consent screen helps with staff consent but doesn't replace your own legal advice.
6. Warranty and liability
The software is provided as described on this website and in its documentation, with the refund described in our refund policy. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, it's provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
7. Ending the licence
The licence ends if you breach these terms, or if you receive a refund. You must then stop using and delete the software.
