Upload the module
In Perfex, open Setup → Modules → Upload Module, choose call_manager.zip, then Install and Activate. Upgrading later means replacing the folder and clicking Upgrade Database.

Install, pair, and you're syncing

Set the basics
Under Setup → Settings → Call Manager, set your default country code, your call outcomes and where recordings are stored. Everything else has sensible defaults.
Give each rep the app
Share the APK with your team. Each rep opens Call Manager → Pair a device in their own login and scans the code. The consent screen and permissions follow.
