Two different things
Call-log sync: every Android phone. Number, direction, time, talk time, SIM and the rep's outcome. That's the heart of the product, and it works on any make.
Recording capture: depends on the dialer. The app collects the audio file the phone's own dialer writes. Where the dialer keeps it private, no app can reach it.

"Can share recordings" means the phone's dialer writes audio where the app may read it. The rep still has to switch the dialer's recorder on and allow storage access. On a mixed fleet, plan for 35–45% of calls arriving with audio.

The technical truth
Why no Android app can record a phone call. Including this one.
Android's call-audio sources are protected by the CAPTURE_AUDIO_OUTPUT permission, which is granted only to apps signed with the phone maker's platform key or shipped on the system partition. It's an operating-system rule, not a Play Store policy, so sideloading an app doesn't get round it. The accessibility-service trick older recorder apps relied on was closed years ago.
So Call Manager doesn't record anything. The phone's own dialer records, and the app collects the file it wrote. Samsung, Xiaomi, vivo, OPPO and realme dialers save recordings to shared storage, where the app may read them. Google's dialer, which ships on Pixel and most Motorola phones, keeps them in private storage. OnePlus writes them under Android/data, which Android 11 closed to other apps.
Be wary of any product that promises to record calls on every Android phone. The honest version of this feature is the one described here.
Plan for 35–45% of calls with audio on a typical mixed fleet. About 70% of phones are technically capable, but the recorder ships switched off on most, some reps decline storage access, and some phones delete recordings before upload. Can it record calls on every Android phone?
No, and no Android app honestly can. Android only lets system apps capture call audio. Call Manager collects the recordings that the phone's own dialer writes. Samsung, Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, vivo, iQOO, OPPO and realme generally do. Google Pixel, most Motorola phones and OnePlus never will. Call-log sync works on every Android 8.0+ phone. Is there an iPhone app?
No. iOS gives apps no access to the call history, so automatic call sync can't be built for iPhone. Reps on iPhone can still log calls by hand in the CRM. Those calls are matched and reported like synced ones.
How much of my team's calling will arrive with a recording?
Every call arrives: number, direction, time, duration, SIM and outcome. Audio depends on the handset mix. On a typical mixed Android fleet, plan for roughly 35–45% of calls with audio.
