Refund policy
If Call Manager doesn't work with your Perfex CRM and phones as described on this site, tell us within 14 days and we refund you in full.
When you can get a refund
- Within 14 days of purchase.
- When Call Manager doesn't work with your Perfex CRM installation and your phones as this website and its documentation describe, and we haven't been able to fix it together.
What isn't grounds for a refund on its own
This website states plainly which phones can share call recordings. A phone that can't, such as a Google Pixel, most Motorola phones or a OnePlus, isn't a defect, because call logs still sync on it. If you're unsure about your team's phones, check them or ask us before you buy.
The same goes for costs from third parties, such as your AI provider's charges, and for your hosting not meeting the published requirements. Even so, tell us: we'll usually help you get it working.
How to ask
Email sales@wiki-ai.tech with your order number and a short description of what isn't working. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, which usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
After a refund
Your licence ends when the refund is issued. Please uninstall the module and the app, and delete the files.
