Privacy policy

This policy covers this website and your purchase. The Call Manager software itself runs on your servers, and your call data never comes to us.

The software doesn't send us your data

Call Manager is installed on your own Perfex CRM. Call logs and recordings go from your staff's phones to your server or your own storage bucket. If you switch on AI summaries, recordings go from your server to the AI provider you chose, under your account with them. None of this passes through us.

What this website collects

Enquiries. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, and any company, phone number and message you add. We use them only to reply to you and, if you buy, to deliver your licence.
Purchases. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which receives your payment details directly. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the amount, but never your card details.
Server logs. Our host records standard request logs, such as IP address, pages requested and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
Analytics. If we measure visits, we use privacy-friendly analytics that don't set cookies or track you across sites.
Your browser. The site remembers your chosen currency and whether you closed the announcement bar, in your browser's own storage. This never leaves your device.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 24 months after. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time, under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU and UK GDPR where they apply. Email sales@wiki-ai.tech. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that run this business, such as our host, email and payment providers, and only as far as they need it.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
